I only sell these exclusive FHA purchase leads to one lender per market so they really are exclusive. Only one lender gets them and they are sent within moments of the user filling out one of the contact forms. I do not purchase leads to sell I generate them. Purchase leads as most of you know can also lead to real estate agent contacts. These buyers will need an agent to show them houses. I own the company and use google, yahoo, ad blade, bing and all the other search providers. My goal is to find one good banker per market and I’ll supply a steady stream of outstanding data.

Leads Feedback: The best way to build your business is to build rapport with local agents. Chose one or two high volume Real Estate offices in your area and drop in once a week, introduce yourself to everyone in the office, tell them what you do that is different from all the other lenders out there. Make flyers they can give to clients that highlight some of your loan programs. Not flyers like “Good rates! Use Me!” But flyers with real information, like special loan programs, with expamples of what payments would be with a certain purchase price and rate.

Leads Feedback: Send me an e-mail. I have a site where you can post your mortgage rates. It is still under constructions and currently there is no charge. If you get a lead, it is yours to keep. As mentioned, don’t expect much as it is still under construction.

First of all lead generation can simply be defined as a process whereby a company or individual… uses different advertising methods to attract people who are interested in a particular product or service.

Now…

for you to earn money from lead generation, you have to first find a way to attract these prospects.

once you have the leads, you can monetize.

Leads Feedback: Visit your mortgage companies, real estate agents, and car lots. You might want to let these companies know your turn around time and that you are available from ____ to ____. My brother made sure that he was open during the car lot’s hours. He is the only insurance agent in the area that is open until 7.

Also, know your discounts. If you have a discount for construction workers, then go out to those companies with a flyer and ask if you can put it up in their breakroom.

Health insurance… go to companies that mainly have part time people working there. Ask the HR person if she could tell anyone that is looking for health insurance that you offer it. Also, market to smaller companies that may not have Health insurance. Some of the places out here will give an additional amount on each paycheck to offset the employees health insurance. You might want to mention this to the head of the company if he has been trying to figure out how he can get health insurance into the budget. Usually a 4th of the family plan or half of their personal side. ei: if he is paying $ 200.00/ month, but the employee would only be $80.00 by himself, he could choose to pay $50.00 (family) or $40.00 (employee).
